0.2.17-alpha — consolidated public update
This version gathers all development carried out since version 0.2.16 into a single
public release.
- The classic executor has been replaced by an event-driven manufacturing engine,
featuring request aggregation, checkpoints, and low idle power consumption.
- Added Sequential and Paced modes, progressive inter-stage pipelines, and
work distribution across equivalent machines.
- Discrete, continuous, staged, and probabilistic recipes now utilize the
same system for planning, energy, persistence, and safe cancellation.
- Results are released progressively; cancellations preserve what has already
been produced and return only unprocessed materials.
- Machines, tiers, upgrades, capacitors, Grinding Spheres, and add-ons are
preserved between the world and the Assembly Core, allowing remaining work to be updated.
- The Central Computer manages energy centrally, maintaining logical buffers
per machine and reducing idle consumption to near-zero levels
on stable networks.
- Added the Processing Rack for permanent capacity expansion.
- AE2 requests can utilize VP routes without duplicating materials or
creating dozens of manual tasks on the VP monitor.
- Virtual Storage maintenance has been unified based on consumed AC
and now uses event-driven processing; minimum and maximum
stock levels have been integrated into the new scheme.
- Interfaces now feature compact numbers, a scrollable task list, and a
new preview displaying time, CPU speed (GHz), energy, materials, and
duration per stage. - Each stage in the preview can display the planned machines, their contribution, and the estimated execution window.
- Catalog, profile, energy, and progress systems no longer perform continuous scans when there are no changes to the information. - World compatibility preserved and safe migration confirmed from the private build used as the base for public version `0.2.17-alpha`.
