Vinery Wine Toggle

### Added
- You can now completely disable any Vinery wine. A disabled wine can't be made, won't show up in the creative menu or recipe viewers (JEI/REI), isn't sold by villagers or wandering traders, and can't be drunk even if you already have a bottle.
- Choose which wines to disable from an in-game settings screen — open it with Mod Menu on Fabric, or the mod list's **Config** button on Forge. You can also edit the config file (`config/winetoggle.json`) directly.
- Disabling a wine no longer makes the "wine collector" advancement impossible to complete.
- Works on both Fabric and Forge for Minecraft 1.20.1, right alongside Vinery — it doesn't change Vinery itself.
