VillagerShop 1.4.0 — Forge 1.20.1

Two new security upgrades, the new trades-unlock system, plus several fixes.

✨ New

  • Trades Upgrade (Emerald Block): counters now start with 1 unlocked trade. Each Emerald Block in the Upgrades tab unlocks one more, up to 7 blocks = 8 trades. Locked trades are greyed out and their settings are kept when blocks are removed.
  • Blast Protection Upgrade (Obsidian): the counter resists explosions (creepers, TNT) when the upgrade is placed.
  • Ownership transfer: the owner can Shift+click a co-owner's ★ to hand over the shop (the former owner becomes a co-owner).
  • Locked stock slots are now greyed out with a "Chest required" tooltip.

🔧 Changes

  • Owned counters are now protected: only the owner and co-owners can break a counter (creative players bypass, e.g. admins). Unowned counters stay breakable by anyone.
  • Hoppers and pipes can no longer interact with the counter.
  • Co-owner removal now requires clicking precisely on the ✕ (no more accidental removals).

🐛 Fixes

  • Setting an item in a trade slot no longer needs several clicks.
  • The last payment of a full-stock session no longer drops on the ground.
  • Save book: loading a config with the counter GUI open now refreshes correctly.

⬆️ Updating from 1.3.0 is safe: your existing counters load fine — only the first trade stays active at first, the others are preserved and re-activate as you add Emerald Blocks.
