1.Complete some unfinished code

2.New Effect:

  *Too Healthy: Show Green Hud when the effect active

  *Full: Can't eat any foods when the effect active

3.New lang file:

  *zh_cn

4.Rebuild with forge 1.12.2-14.23.5.2837

*Bug found: Hud effect overlape the potion icons, don't know how to fix, but not a big deal.
