Villagers trade fairly at real shops, not in boxes: shop tiers, crafting at work stations, special orders and labor laws

## 0.3.0: The Villagers' Union

For Minecraft **26.2** and **26.3**, on Fabric and NeoForge. Worlds from 0.2 load as they are.

### New
- **Rallies.** Villagers remember how you treat them: trading with one kept in a cell or a boat, overworking one
into sick leave, killing one, **hitting** one (a point a day for each villager) and **wrecking its home**: breaking
the bed or the workstation it claimed (two points; the rally then demands it gets one again). Push it far enough and the
next working day the village rallies against you, at the bell or round the prisoner's cell, and nobody there trades
with anyone. Put things right and the rally ends (the villagers like you better for it), or pay the union off: 16
emeralds at the bell. Ignore three rallies and the village boycotts you for three days. A rally is only about what
you did: another player's prisoners don't count against you.
- **Placards.** The villagers hold up what the rally is about: a villager behind bars, children in a cage, a clock with
too many hours, a gravestone, a slogan, now and then your own face, crossed out. The placard model is by martyr_1.
- **Children** run round the rally with little flags. Locking a child up counts double, and the rally then pickets
  the children's cell.
- **The petition.** Before a rally a villager hands you a sheet with the demands. Sign it with the mouse and you get two
days to put things right; refuse, and the rally comes. Break a signed promise and the rally comes at once, angrier
and twice as dear to pay off.
- **A rally of thanks.** When all is well in a village, now and then the villagers gather at the bell for the player
who trades with them most: a short speech, cheers and a wrapped gift.
- **Breaking out.** Ignore a rally for a prisoner, and next time the picketers break the cell open (wood, glass,
fences, doors, never stone) or break the boat, and the prisoner walks to the bell. Only with `mobGriefing` on.
- **The iron golem's warning.** During a boycott, or after two ignored rallies, the village's golem walks up to you
once a day and hits you once: about three hearts, never below four. Not in creative, not on peaceful.
- **A price floor.** Every discount still adds up (curing, reputation, Hero of the Village, a good shop), but no price
falls below 30% of the base one, or 55% for a villager kept locked up or overworked. Hover over an offer to see how
  its price comes about.
- **Special orders on a signed form.** A villager that becomes a master says so. Its trading screen gets a Special
order button that opens a paper form: who makes what, the price now and on collection, the days of work and the
terms. Sign at the bottom to place the order. The ticket keeps the terms and your signature: right-click it to read
it, with the days left or "Ready, come and collect it!". Hand it to the master and sign "Received": the master holds
the thing up for everybody to see and hands it over, and the ticket stays with you, stamped DONE. While busy, the
master trades its simplest goods on its breaks. Players without the mod still get the order as the last trade.
- **The union tablet.** A level 2 cartographer sells it. Right-click it and a chalk board slides up: "My affairs"
(what the nearest village holds against you this week, the causes, the petition, a boycott) and "Villagers" (who is
tired, locked up or on sick leave). Words in survival, numbers in creative. **More** grows the board and draws two
weeks of the village's attitude as a line with every offence, rally and forgiveness on it; hover a point to read
what happened, and the journal below lists it all by day. Every villager has its trade's sign drawn in chalk by its head: an
ear of wheat, a fish, a book, a map with a star; the causes and the journal have chalk signs too.
- **Speech bubbles.** What villagers say shows in a bubble over their heads, like a name tag, for about three seconds:
refusals, the master's news, "sold out, I'll make more", the speech of thanks, the price explained while trading.
Frequent lines have a few ways of saying them and never repeat twice in a row. Prefer chat? `client.speech`:
bubbles, chat or both. Players without the mod get the lines in chat or over the hotbar as before.
- **Chants.** A rally shouts its demands in big red shaking bubbles, now and then in chorus, with the villagers' cries
and angry puffs: "Free the librarian!", "Give the farmer the bed back!", "A promise is a promise!". The rallying
villagers face you, or the bell (the cell, on a picket) when you are out of sight.
- **Advancements.** A "Villager Union" tab with 21 new advancements: your first stall, shop and store, a labor contract,
a special order and a masterpiece, the first rally against you and how it ended, a petition kept (or not), a boycott,
the golem's lesson, a village thanking you three times, a quiet week of trading, and more. Some are hidden.
- The ledger's village page, `/fairtrade inspect`, the market board and Jade show rallies, grievances and boycotts.
- Operators: `/fairtrade rally [<bell>] start|petition|thanks <player>`, `stop`, `forgive <player>`, `debug`, and
`/fairtrade rally demo` to see a rally next to you.
- **A debug panel for operators:** `/fairtrade debug` opens it (with the mod on the client). It moves the clock on by
hours or days, to the start of work or to the planned rally, and finishes a special order at once; starts, plans and
stops rallies; sets grievances, ignored rallies, a boycott or the golem's visit; builds a small test village; and does
the real thing to the nearest villager (locks it up, puts it in a boat, hits or kills it, works it into sick leave,
breaks its bed), held against you as in the game. Every button is a `/fairtrade debug ...` command too.

### Changed
- Special orders: a button and a form to sign instead of the master's last trade (for players with the mod). A master
working on one trades on its breaks instead of not at all, and the order has the same discounts and floor as any
  trade.

### Settings
New in `config/fairtrade.json` and on the settings screen (`/fairtrade config`):
- A new section, **Rallies** (`rallies.*`): `enabled`; the points for each offence (`prisoner_points` 3,
  `killing_points` 5, `overwork_points` 3, `child_points` 6, `birth_points` 1, `hit_points` 1) and the `threshold` 10
  for a rally; `forgive_per_day` 1; `cooldown_days` 3; `payoff` 16; `boycott_after` 3 and `boycott_days` 3;
  `fair_work_hours` 8; `children_join` and `chants`; `petitions` and `petition_days` 2; `thanks`, `thanks_chance` 20,
  `thanks_min_trades` 24, `thanks_cooldown_days` 7, `thanks_gift` 3; `jailbreak` and `jailbreak_after` 1;
  `golem_warning` and `golem_after` 2; `tablet` and `tablet_price` 8; `homes` and `home_points` 2 (a home wrecked).
- `pricing.price_floor` 30% and `pricing.price_floor_mistreated` 55% (0% leaves the prices to vanilla).
- `orders.break_minutes` 1: the master's break after each round of work on an order.
- `rallies.chant_seconds` 6: how often a rally chants (2 at least).
- `client.speech`: what villagers say, in bubbles (the default), in chat, or both.
- The Gentle, Standard and Strict presets now also set the price floor and how strict the union is. They never switch
  anything on or off.
