🏹 Villager Turrets: Customizable Automated Sentries

Welcome to Villager Turrets, a combat and defense-oriented mod that introduces highly customizable automated sentry guards to protect your bases and villages! No more defenseless villages—now you can deploy loyal Villager Sentries to shoot down threats automatically.

⚙️ How to Get Started

1. Craft the Turret Parts Exchange (Vending Machine)

To start your defense journey, you first need to craft the Turret Parts Exchange block. It uses the vanilla stonecutter model but acts as a tactical shop!

Recipe: Place 3 Wood Planks (or Wood Logs) in a vertical line in any crafting table.

2. Purchase a Sentry Spawn Egg

Right-click the Turret Parts Exchange block to open the custom store.
Trade 10 Emeralds to buy 1 Villager Sentry Spawn Egg.
You can also compress your Emeralds into Condensed Emeralds (worth 9 Emeralds) for easier currency management here!

3. Deploy and Upgrade Your Sentry

Right-click the ground with the spawn egg to summon your Villager Sentry.
Right-click the spawned Villager Sentry to open their specialized Upgrade & Customization UI.
Use Emeralds and Turret Point Tokens (Low, Mid, High) to level them up and grant them supernatural combat abilities!

🛡️ Tier 1: Core Physics & Defense (Requires Low-Grade Tokens)

Recharge Speed: Decreases attack cooldowns by 0.25 seconds per level.
Arrow Velocity: Increases arrow speed for sharper, more accurate long-range snipes.
Invulnerability Frames: Extends the safety invulnerability time when the turret takes damage.
Self-Healing: Automatically regenerates health over time and boosts level-up heals.
XP Discount: Instantly halves the total XP required for the turret to level up.

⚙️ Tier 2: Tactical Fire & Status Effects (Requires Mid-Grade Tokens)

Arrow Count: Increases the number of arrows shot per volley (Up to 10 arrows!).
Fan Shot Pattern: Shoots arrows in a wide cone-shaped spread for crowd control.
Burst Fire Pattern: Rapidly bursts arrows in a straight line with 0.1-second delays.
Knockback Mode: Deals 1/10th damage but resets enemy invulnerability frames and delivers massive knockback.
Heavy Strike Mode: Fires all arrows simultaneously, ignoring enemy invulnerability frames for a burst of pure raw damage.
Vacuum Control (No Gravity): Projectiles defy gravity and fly in a perfectly straight line forever.
Potion Coating: Coats all fired arrows with status effects: [Poison], [Weakness], or [Slowness].

Block Penetration (X-ray Arrows): Projectiles clip directly through solid terrain blocks to hit covered targets.
