Villager Trade Enchant

First release.

• Adds the Enchanter, a new villager profession whose job site is the enchanting table.
• Right-click the Enchanter to open the enchant screen: put an item in, pick the exact enchantment and level, pay and take the enchanted item. No lapis, no experience levels, no random rolls.
• Every enchantment is available, including treasure enchantments, curses and enchantments from other mods and datapacks. Anvil rules apply.
• Plain books and enchanted books can be enchanted too.
• No anvil rework penalty.
• Every price is configurable in config/villagertradeenchant-server.toml.

Minecraft 1.20.1: Forge (also runs on NeoForge 1.20.1) and Fabric.
