Villager Fish Slap

Villager Fish Slap adds a playful “villager revenge” mechanic:

• Hit a villager → they slap you back.
• Stay too close to the same villager for a short time → they slap you.
• Villagers visibly brandish a fish during the wind‑up, then trigger fish break particles on impact.
• Knockback is the main effect (damage is disabled by default).
• Proximity slaps are suppressed while trading to avoid interrupting merchants.
