Village Builder - pandorical

Rebuilt for Minecraft 26.3.

• Fixed: a Builder went mute after finishing a building. The trade list was cleared and never refilled, because the game only refills a villager with no trades at all or one that has levelled, so a Builder had nothing to sell from their first completed build onwards.
• What a Builder says when you finish a job for them waits until you next speak to them, in their own voice, instead of appearing on the action bar as you walk away.
