- Steel mines at iron level with much higher durability; Damascus Steel is diamond tier.
- The 0.1.3 iron Seax, Bearded Axe, Viking Spear, and Battle Axe are now the Wrought Iron tier.
Mail Armor
- Forge Mail Rings, then turn them into a loose Cowl, Shirt, Leggings, or Anklets.
- Fit mail over the wool set at the Viking Workbench: Mail Hood, Tunic, Trousers, and Boots.
- Separate mail from wool at any time; each layer keeps its own wear.
- Full sets range from 11 armor for Copper to 20 armor for Damascus Steel.
- Mail is worked into the wool outfit through sleeves, hoods, leg mail, and ankle bands.
Material Traits
- Splintering (wood): hits may cause Bleeding.
- Chipped (flint): damage and mining speed rise as it wears.
- Heavy (stone): extra knockback; hits may stun.
