Vic's Muzzle Light

Adds dynamic lighting when firing guns from the Point Blank mod. Every shot you fire emits a realistic light flash that illuminates the surrounding area, with a pulsing effect during sustained fire and a smooth fade-out after each shot. Works with shaders.
