What's new
Changes:
* Stopped access to server-based settings from "Mod Options" GUI when in multi-player (it was just lying to you)
* Added support for more tools.
Fixes:
* Hopefully improve syncing of settings when using the "Mod Options" GUI.
* Fixed some crash bugs.
* IMC messages should work again.
* Tool and block auto-detection should be better.
