Vault Hunters Player Reset
Server-side mod adding extra commands for resetting a player's vault data
This server-side mod adds extra commands to reset a player's vault data.
The all command will completely reset a player. Alternatively, each step the all command performs is available on its own, so a player's workbench modifiers can be reset. All steps require the player name to be reset and requires operator permissions. The commands added are:

With extra thanks to the Vault Hunters Extra Commands mod for the last code for resetting a couple of parts of the player data. Note that this mod has its own reset player command for all parts - the different is that Player Reset has all as well as each individual part to reset.
