Add ability to enable login protection for players. 3 new config options:

  • maxDistance - the movement distance until protection works
  • loginTimeProtection - toggles if vault timer should be paused on player login
  • playerTargetingProtection - toggles if mobs in vault should avoid targeting player who just logged in
