Small addon for Vault Hunters that removes impossible tasks that depends on generated rooms in vault.

- remove free villager task if there are no village rooms
- limit required amount based on max village rooms in the vault
- remove find room task if required rooms if rooms are not generated
- limit the required amount of
find roomtask to not be larger then rooms generated in vault.
