Various mod fixes

Initial release:

Block entity render skips drawing a block entity that has no world so a bad render does not crash the game

AzureLib items gives an animated item a missing id or skips the animation so the item does not crash

Waystones skips waystone tooltips when the waystone list is not ready yet

CIT Resewn skips a custom item texture when the item is missing

Botania floating flowers skips the floating island draw when the flower has no world

Iceberg and Legendary Tooltips skips the item model on a tooltip when the item is empty

Copycats uses a spare material when the saved material is missing so the block does not crash

Create contraptions skips a block entity that fails while a contraption is being drawn so the contraption still shows

Kibe block generators replaces a bad saved generator with a safe one before the block loads
