Welcome to my mod - Varied Adventure. 

 

In my opinion, vanilla Minecraft has too weak enemies and not enough reasons to go explore, so I decided to spice it up a bit. I added a few really strong monsters and two new bosses to the game.

When it comes to exploration, I added a few more reasons for which you may be interested in going explore. There are new structures, among other things. When you want to craft a scale armor, you have to visit a few biomes to get materials you need.

GEAR

MYSTERIOUS DAGGER

This dagger is used by unknown thiefs, you can obtain it by killing them. Has a chance to apply cursed woud effect to your enemy.


ELIXIR OF POISON IMMUNITY

It's made of very disgusting ingredients. Gives you poison immunity for a while. You should definitely have a few of them when fighting a basilisk.


SEA MONSTER TOOTH GEAR

There are only three tool types: axe, pickaxe and mace. Tools are similar to diamond ones, but a mace is a little stronger than diamond sword.


DRULL SCYTHE

Can be crafted with drull arm. You can use it as a hoe.


SOUL LIGHT

When in off-hand and you kill something, you'll get regeneration effect (something like lifesteel).


ANCIENT HORN SWORD

This weapon is used by cursed knights, you can get it by killing them, or find it in a chest in the cursed tower.

Has a chance to apply cursed woud effect to your enemy.


EXECUTION BLADE

This weapon is used by executioners cursed knights, you can get it by killing them, or find it in a chest in the cursed tower.

Has a chance to apply cursed woud effect to your enemy just like sword above.


COPPEROLITE TOOLS

Copperolite tools are a little stronger than diamond, but have lower durability.


COPPEROLITE ARMOR

Copperolite armor is similar to diamond, but has half lover durability.


SCALE ARMOR

Scale armor is a little stronger than netherite and is unbreakable.


TOTEMS

TOTEM OF INHUMAN STRENGHT gives you the strength and haste effect for 200 seconds.

TOTEM OF DOUBLE HEALTH gives you additional 10 hearts for 5 minutes.

This mod changes the way you can get a totem of undying, now you craft it using: 2 mysterious crystals, 2 totem shards, 3 gold ingots, 2 ambers.

You can obtain ambers by digging sand with a very low chance.


EMMERALD SKULL

This item can drop from evoker. When right clicked on block, spawns evoker's fangs.


If you want to see all recipes you can use Just Enough Items mod.

 

BOSSES

 Both bosses have their spawning structure. In this structures you can find a runes. Right click on it to learn how to start a fight


NIGHTMARISH OBSERVER

 

Right click on an altar with a nightmarish heart which can be found on the top of the cursed tower in the nightmarish center structure to summon him.


BASILISK

 

Use a snake caller which can be found on the butom of the swamp catacombs in the swamp ruins structure to awake him. Then he will come out of the ground.


PATRON OF ANIMALS

 

Kill an animal (vanilla one) on the altar at night, and wait a few seconds, then it will summon. (Before fight check if you have particles enabled)
