v0.17.4_beta: Parity Update

• Added a naturally generating Single Block Flower Variant for Lilac (gives Resistance in Suspicious Stew, and generates in Flower Forest, rarely in Birch Forest, Birch Forest Hills, Dark Forest, Dark Forest Hills, Forest, Tall Birch Forest, Tall Birch Hills and Wooded Forest biomes)
• Changed all naturally generating features to be more consistent with Vanilla generation
• Removed feature of Flower Variants generating in Village Houses
• Updated the Config (Splitted up the Stone group into Brick, End Stone, Honeycomb, Nether Brick, Prismarine, Purpur, Quartz, Sandstone and Stone)
• Updated Flower Variants to be renewable (using Bone Meal has a 1/4 chance to spawn a new item form, simliar to existing Double Flowers)
• Updated Wool Variants items to be tag driven, instead of hardcoded (to be consistent with regular Wool and existing wooden variants, tags are used to determine burning speeds of item form in Furnace)
• 1.16 only: Added Slab, Stairs, Wall, Pressure Plate and Button Variants for Crying Obsidian (has working particles on Slab, Stairs and Wall (Pressure Plate and Button not working, yet), and all variants emit a light level of 10)
• 1.16 only: Added a Boat Variant for Crimson Planks and Warped Planks (they don't burn in Fire, but CANNOT be placed on Lava)
• 1.16 only: Fixed a issue with Shears when being used on Fire
• 1.16 only: Fixed a tag issue with Quartz Brick Slab
• 1.16 only: Removed Infested Blackstone variant
• Support for 1.16.3/1.16.4 (1.16.3-34.1.0/1.16.4-35.1.0)
