- dried ghasts no longer check per dimension type, instead they check for the `minecraft:nether` biome tag
- corrected mounted mobs spawning with spears despite being disabled
- dyeing recipes for harnesses, cushions and colored stairs/slabs now use tags instead of hard-coded listings
- removed registry fallback
- corrected duplicate lunge enchantment in creative tabs
