Added Flint and Slime ore with deepslate variants

-Flint ore spawns in increased amounts in oceans

-Slime ore only spawns in swamps

Added magma ore

-Spawns in basalt deltas mainly - very rare anywhere else

Added ghast tear ore

-Spawns exclusively in soul sand valleys

Added end iron ore

-Its drops work similar to nether gold ore

Added copper nugget

-Only use is for crafting copper ingots, can only be obtained from copper ingots - ores that drop it will be added in a later update of the mod
