Vanilla Golden Head

- Halloween items have been removed from the mods code

- Every change that was in the halloween update was kept, removing the halloween items

- Removed unused textures from the files

- Fixed recipes for the Golden Head and made it simpler

- Changed the texture of the Golden Head

- Changed the modid and the mods name
