This mod is a line if Mojang had taken a different path in the development of Minecraft.

Version 1.22, "Caves & Topazes," is currently available.
In it, you can visit the new cave biome: Peat Caves. You will encounter new plants, sapphires, and a new mob the Glowing Glib in them. The moss caves have also been updated, and new plants have appeared in them. A new "Ruby" ore will now appear in the End; you can use it to craft "Topaz," and use the topaz to make a new type of armor and tools. A new weapon, the "Bat," has been added. You can explore the rest of the content in the world with the mod.
