Valkyrien Skies Storages Compatibility

This mod fixes compatibiluty between ValkyrienSkies and other mods:

Fixing item duplication in Valkyrien Skies and modded storages
Fixing uninteractable interface for Thermal Series
Fixing RFTools Utility bug when SlabBlocks like RedstoneTransmitter\Receiver change orientation after dismantling a ship
