Phew, finally got 1.4.0 out, and two days earlier than expected at that...

 

Additions:

Burning Coal Block:

-Sets enemies on fire for 6 seconds when walked on.

   -Will not set enemies or players on fire if there is water or either form of ice underneath it.

-Crafted by smelting a coal block

 

Burning Coal Staff:

-10% chance to set enemies on fire for 6 seconds.

-Similar jump boost to stone staff

-Reset fall distance to 2 blocks

-Crafted with 3 burning coal blocks

 

Flint Block:

-1 iron ingot surrounded by 8 flint

 

Flint Staff:

-15% chance to give enemies bleeding effect for 20 seconds

   -Bleeding: Does damage at random intervals over time. Typically does less damage than wither or poison, but can kill like wither. Damages more often is the player/(Mob [Maybe?]) is sprinting.

-Main hand: Jump boost of iron staff

-Offhand: Reset fall distance to 1 block

-Crafted with two flint blocks and 1 gravel

 

The Weaver:

-25% chance to give enemies slowness 2 for 4 seconds

-Main hand: Jump boost 4

-Offhand:

   -Not crouching: Right click on cobweb to have it drop in item form

   -Crouching: Use a cobweb to restore 5 durability

 

New Natural Structure: Meteorite Spring

 

Meteorite Block (Overworld) (Gives off bubble particles):

-Drops 1 meteorite shard (Overworld)

-Cannot be silk touched

-Crafted with 9 meteorite shards

 

Meteorite Staff (Overworld):

-Mainhand: Jump boost 6 & speed 10

-Offhand (When Raining): Temporary high level of resistance, then strikes lightning on you, and a nearby block (if looking at one). Then gives speed 3, jump boost 2, and night vision for 20 seconds.

 

Changes:

Glowstone Staffs:

- Reduced time for duo ability to 40 seconds instead of 1 minute and removed night vision from the effects given.

Reduced durability required to use duo ability to 48 (was 52).

+ Increased staff durability from 535 to 595.

 

Added a basic outline of advancements (This is temporarily unfinished, and will be completed by 1.4.1)

 

1.4.1 Plans:

Revamp abilities once again to make them super easy to be interchanged to accommodate for new staffs.
