Quick Emergency update to fix an annoying issue:

-Changed code so that "this cannot be used now" message meant for the blaze staff showing up when other staffs are used in the rain.

-Changed code so that "this cannot be used here" message meant for the ice staff showing up when other staffs are used in the nether.

 

Notice:

I will be away for a couple days, and for the time no progress toward the next update will be made. The next update will most likely come out as early as Sunday, but possibly later depending on how smoothly making 1.4.0 goes, and if I need to make any more 1.3.x patches. [And I do plan to cross off one or two of my planned features in this update :) ]
