[Discontinued] Utility Staffs Classic

Fixed a couple staff models that did not get shrunk down in item and item frame forms because I'm stupid.

 -Changed ability system to make in a way that makes the mod easier to update. (Everything should be working correctly and as they normally do, but if anything goes wrong report it in the Issues tab).

-Some people may notice that there is an obsidian staff added in this update. It has functionality, but is not in its final form, and I did not want to entirely remove it for this quick fix update, so it currently can only be gotten through command and cannot be crafted (It should be released in the next update).

Next update may take a bit, as the plan is to rework the homepage right before its release.
