Rebalance – block gear is now truly stronger than vanilla!

All block tools deal +3 attack damage and mine +3 faster than their vanilla counterparts (e.g. Diamond Block Sword: 10 damage vs 7 for a diamond sword).
9× durability for every tool and armor piece (Diamond Block Pickaxe: 14,049 uses).
Armor protection is never lower than the matching vanilla armor, plus +1 toughness.
Mining level is at least vanilla (Diamond Block pickaxe mines obsidian).
Unique set effects unchanged – safe to update existing worlds.
