usefull things for a portal pack

this mod icludes the folowing:

• 3 audio files (more to come) these are for my map im makeing with 2 files being for the first test and the third being for the 2nd test
• a new camera block this is mostly decerative and uncraftable but i think looks good :D
• more to come :D
