Adds tools for the three mineral rocks that generate in the Overworld, among other things.
What's new
*Added prismarine tools (and the Glimmering Prismarine Shard you use to craft them)
-Prismarine is better than iron and worse than diamond in all aspects but enchantabilty, in which it is better than both
-Made cool animations for this as well as a secret item
*Adjusted tool values balance the stones around each other
*Tried and failed to understand blockstates. Will attempt later (hopefully the correct way).
*Tried and failed to allow the mineral stone pickaxes to be repaired via anvil with their respective stone type in an efficient manner, code-wise.
