Useful Quartz

Quartz deserves to have some actual functionality. This mod allows for quartz to be used to make weapons, tools, armor, and more!
What's new
Added "Crystal".
There's a very small chance crystal can be found by breaking grass, the same way one would look for seeds.
Four crystal can be used to craft a single quartz.
Added a very rare "nether quartz" biome to the overworld. Quartz creepers can only spawn here.
Some new blocks came with the biome:
Quartz Grass - Drops crystal
Quartz Leaves - Drops crystal
Quartz Logs
Quartz Planks
Quartz planks do not act as regular wood planks. They can only be crafted into crystal.
