Added full RarityCore-based rarity classification for offer generation.

Added per-player claimed-item history for the 8-slot system:

if a player claims an item once from use all item, that item will not be generated again for that player from this system

survival loot, crafting, drops, and normal gameplay items do not count

Added cleaner rarity tuning config by category:

All 8 offer slots now use rarity logic, not just the bonus slot.

Offer generation now filters against each player’s already-claimed items before rolling a new 8-slot set.

Config was cleaned up to only expose the main gameplay settings:

rarity percentages for common/uncommon/rare/epic/legendary

Visible mod name changed to use all item
