What's new
* **Fast menus**: while a screen is open the level is no longer redrawn. The last resolved world image is re-resolved into the window and the screen draws over it; one frame in four (or one in two when a real frame is expensive) still draws so the world keeps moving. The menu background blur turns off with it. Measured in the creative inventory: 550 -> 850 fps. * **No file writes on the render thread.** Settings are marked dirty and written by the flusher thread once a second; the shutdown hook covers the last change. * **No allocations in the per-frame path.** The pose matrices and quaternions in the temporal resolve, the generator and the manager are preallocated; the internal-size query returns one reused array instead of two fresh ones every frame. The collector had something to do after every frame of a scene running at 700 fps. * **The automatic resolution controller no longer pumps.** Ten-percent steps instead of five, so the eight reachable sizes stay in the target cache instead of constantly reallocating, and a direction reversal waits a second and a half. * **The temporal accumulate is now the default** upscaler for a fresh install: sharper than EASU at a fraction of its cost, and it needs no vendor runtime.
