Uprising: Project Shinobi

Uprising: Project Shinobi is a Naruto-themed Minecraft mod focused on bringing a lore-accurate, fluid RPG experience to the game. Heavily inspired by the mechanics of Sekwah’s Naruto Mod, this project moves away from typical item-based jutsus to create a high skill ceiling for players, emphasizing stat growth, chakra control, and real-time combat mechanics.

🌀 Core Mechanics

Hand Seal System: Jutsus are performed using fluid key combinations rather than right-clicking items.
Skill Ceiling & Stat Scaling: Combat is designed for mastery, making it ideal for competitive PVP and dedicated RP servers. Your jutsus grow with you—for example, a high Ninjutsu stat will dynamically scale the size and explosive power of your Fireball Jutsu into a massive "Majestic Destroyer Flame."
Character Creation & Nature Affinities: Begin your journey by selecting your Clan, Village, and primary Chakra Nature. Your chosen nature dictates which elemental branch of the skill tree opens up to you first.
Skill Learning Tree: A fully functional, visual progression system allows you to unlock and master new abilities.
Lore-Accurate Sharingan Progression: Unlocking higher Tomoes permanently increases your base chakra reserves. The Dojutsu toggle seamlessly shifts between your highest unlocked base Tomoe and your Mangekyou states.
Current Jutsu Roster: The mod features foundational Uchiha abilities (Sharingan, Susanoo, Fireball Jutsu), core ninja techniques (Substitution, Shadow Clones), and "Instant Cast" visual Genjutsus like Tsukuyomi, Shackling Stakes, and Crow Clone Feints that can be triggered mid-combat without hand signs.

🛠️ Architecture & Development

This is a 100% open-source project built with a strict Object-Oriented Architecture. The goal is to provide a clean, organized, and modular codebase that makes it easy for other developers to contribute or expand the mod without the need for external add-ons.

As my first-ever Minecraft mod, the project is currently in its early stages. The current mechanics serve as a primary foundation for complex jutsu logic, dynamic UI rendering, and advanced entity manipulation.
