⚖️ The Evolution Orb has been rebalanced
Your odds now depend on the Pokémon you bet on: level, IVs, and Shiny status improve the odds (up to about ×2 for a Level 100 Pokémon with perfect IVs).
Starter Pokémon cost 2× as much to obtain, pseudo-legendaries (Terhal, Minidraco, Griknot…) 3× more, and some favorites like Eevee, Riolu, or Gengar 1.5× more.
The cost of a Pokémon’s first stage is based on what it will become: aiming for Terhal costs almost as much as aiming for Metagross.
Aiming for a Legendary with a weak Pokémon is much riskier than before. The very small odds are now clearly displayed, down to 0.01%.
🔨 Crafting the Orb
No need to order it anymore: 4 gold ingots at the corners, 4 Link Cables on the sides, 1 diamond in the center. It doesn’t wear out—one is enough for all your attempts. The recipe appears in your book as soon as you pick up a Link Cable.
