on one side you have the 'elemental tools'. 

CONTENTS:

titanium: with a pretty bad texture, it comes with no surprise it only has a sword and a pickaxe

titanium mega tool: a mix and match of both titanium tools, has an achievement and is kinda op

bismuth: is crafted with titanium and only has a ring that works as a shield

And on the other side, there is the brian rot!

CONTENTS:

Mango: pretty much a food that can provide you sustenance for the entire playthrough and is found everywhere

Phonk: the first op tool, needed for something you are going to know if you have JEI

Brains: found everywhere, required for most recipes

Brian: Brian is a new profession that you need a rotten Brian for, it gives access to many items within the mod

Still water: self-explanatory

brain biome: can be found on the nether and overworld, has brains
