What's new
Adds resources used for crafting items in the mod (anti-mass is found when mining ore as defined in the config, default: coal, redstone, quartz, diamond, emerald, lapis)
Adds 'basic' and 'strong' gravity controllers
Introduces different requirements that have to be met for different gravity controllers to take effect (basic -> special armour, personal -> special armour or other mod armour crafted with 'gravity paste', strong -> no special equipment required)
Adds gravity anchors which overpower all but 'strong' gravity, but cannot have their gravity direction changed
A bunch of config options added (config files should be regenerated)
Tooltips for most mod items added
Preliminary support for baubles added (gravity paste can be crafted with baubles as well as armour, this mod's baubles have no crafting recipes currently)
