New stuff:

Added a creative tab

Added tooltips to the personal gravity controller

Added smooth camera/model rotations when changing gravity direction (still a few improvements to make, but much better than before)

Added config for camera/model rotation speed

Added config to adjust how much accrued fall distance should be reduced when changing gravity direction

Added a mod compatibility config that can be used to adjust a player's state when using items defined in the config, such that those items can be made to work with this mod (currently has support for Tinkers' Construct rapiers and longswords, TiC slime boots, Botania Rod of the Skies and Blood Magic Air Sigil work without any extra support)

The mod compatibility config will be automatically downloaded from a server if a client connects with a mismatching config (no file transfer takes place, only internal data that is generated from the config)

Fixes:

Personal gravity controller no longer attempts to place whatever is in your off-hand slot when used

Probably also some minor things that I forgot about
