This is an unofficial fork of Valkyrien Skies Control by Triode
It exists as an unofficial long-term support release, fixing issues and adding features.
Valkyrien Skies Control is the key addon that makes Valkyrien Skies 1 usable. It has many great features that people are still missing in VS2 - like compressors to maintain altitude - but at the point of last release, it still has some issues and bugs. I recommend checking out the page of the original addon (link above) to get an overview of the features.
This project is more ambitious than Unvalkyried Heavens has originally been. There are notable features I seek to add here - and as VS2 has grown into its own thing, with VS1 seeming to be the more performant of the two still, backport is feeling more and more unlikely. So instead, I'll work on making VS1 into its own thing, embracing its 1.12.2 ecosystem of mods.
Changes compared to VS Control version 1.1.1
- Ported the rudder fix by Zoroark (check out Rifted Valkyrium - a Cleanroom-based fork of VS1)
Rudders now actually apply their forces again. - Implemented crate models from an old VS1 fork by DeltaNedas
Compressors, multiblock engines and large propellers no longer use placeholder geometry. - Fixed Physics Infuser and Speed Telegraph dropping dummy blocks
It is no longer necessary to create custom recipes to turn dummy blocks into proper ones.
