Unstable Nether Portals

basically rewrote entire mod, with huge config

• Portal collapse now triggers when "We Need to Go Deeper" advancement is earned
• Added configurable delay before portal collapse
• Added custom warning sound that plays shortly before the collapse
• Warning sound syncs with the explosion timing
• Portal explosion now occurs at the portal location instead of following the player
• Added option to destroy all obsidian or only break part of the frame
• When partial destruction is enabled, only 3 corner frame blocks break
• Added fragmented obsidian mechanic that can convert blocks to crying obsidian
• Added obsidian rubble effect where destroyed blocks scatter nearby
• Number of scattered blocks now matches the number of obsidian destroyed
• Added configurable explosion strength and terrain damage options
• Added optional collapse message to players
