Backport of the new 1.21 features.
- Added potions of silence, haste and mining fatigue (all rare)
- The teleportation potion is now brewed with an ender pearl from the terrible potion (itself brewed from the awkward potion with an echo shard) and the trade is a lot more expensive
- Added potion recipe config
- Added lodestone name display
- Improved teleportation mechanics
- Allow reading codices on lecterns
- Added options to make unbounded compasses point north and to turn them into spawn compasses.
