This fabric mod was created for PotPvP and fixes a "bug" where potions are mass moved (quick-moved) from your hotbar back into your inventory when you refill quickly.
This happens when you try to refill quickly and shift double click an item whilst you have a full hotbar. Minecraft thinks you're trying to quick-move and will mass move all of that item from your hotbar back into your inventory.
