New Features

• Added a stamina bar above the health bar.
• Sprinting now consumes stamina over time.
• Added an exhaustion state when stamina reaches zero.
• Sprint is blocked while exhausted until stamina is fully recovered.
• Added the Adrenaline potion effect.
• Added Adrenaline brewing chain.

Balance Changes

• Reduced stamina drain speed for better gameplay pacing.
• Updated Adrenaline durations to clean values ending in 0 or 5.
• Improved stamina behavior so Creative/Spectator modes do not consume stamina.

Visual Improvements

• Added stamina segment shake when stamina points are lost.
• Added vanilla-style regeneration bounce behavior.
• Improved HUD readability and feedback consistency.

Technical Changes

• Improved client/server sync for sprint lock and stamina state.
• Improved effect stacking behavior for Adrenaline (additional potion time is accumulated).
• Updated brewing registration compatibility behavior.
