Reduces xp destroyed on death for a less frustrating experience.

Less XP lost on death.

XP lost on death is reduced to a flat 30% of held levels. This reduces the frustration of death during the early game XP grind, and allows modpack designers to create more difficult scenarios without things feeling unfair.
