An unofficial port of emojiful to 1.8.9

Some config options are not implemented, these ones are working:

emoji_autocomplete
emoji_selector
enabled
gifs
short_emoji_replacement
profanity filter (this only filters messages you send not ones you receive)

The configuration can be updated in-game so you don't need to restart.
