Removed many fixes because VH developers took them and added them to the base mod with no contribution.

Shout out to myself, rizek, B0nne for the contributions for those fixes and optimizations that fixed up many issues in Update 16 for them!

I will still be updating this for any VH specific fixes that are needed. There are also still some fixes that are present that were not merged in.

Compat: Updated for Update 17 of Vault Hunters.
