UniversalQuestTracker NeoForge 1.21.1 - 1.1.2

- Lowered the minimum supported NeoForge version from 21.1.228 to 21.1.224 for compatibility with modpacks pinned to NeoForge 21.1.224.
- Fixed the UniversalQuestTracker menu rendering blurry behind foreground buttons.
- Restored modpack icon discovery/rendering, including CraftPresence icon fallback.
- Added hidden-world controls from the 1.16.5 port, including show-hidden and per-row hide/unhide actions.
- Added a tracker text alignment button that cycles left, middle, and right alignment and saves the setting.
- The menu now opens directly to the Tracker tab when a UniversalQuestTrackerData folder is already configured.
