UniversalQuestTracker 1.1.2 for Minecraft 1.16.5 Forge

Fixed:
- Added client-side progress tracking for remote multiplayer servers.
- UniversalQuestTracker can now record the local player's synced FTB Quests progress even when tracking from the client.
- Refresh now attempts a local multiplayer progress write before using the server refresh command.

Notes:
- Multiplayer client entries use the server name/address as the tracker world name.
- This remains a universal client/server jar.
