UniversalQuestTracker 1.1.1 for Minecraft 1.16.5 Forge

Fixed:
- Fixed a dedicated server crash during player login when the tracker data directory was not configured and the setup warning was enabled.
- Replaced the 1.16.5-incompatible clickable/underlined setup warning style with a safe plain command prompt.
- Guarded the setup-warning send path so optional warning UI failures cannot crash the server.
- Improved RAD2/modpack PNG detection by supporting local CraftPresence icons and CurseForge thumbnail URLs.

Notes:
- This is a universal client/server jar.
- Dedicated servers should use this same jar.
