universalportals-neoforge-26.1-3.0.0.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Universal Portals 3.0.0
Now available for Forge 1.20.1, Forge 1.20.4, NeoForge 1.21.1, NeoForge 26.1, NeoForge 26.3, Fabric 1.21.1, Fabric 26.2 and Fabric 26.3. All versions share the same features.
Create trains through portals
- Create trains now travel through Universal Portals: between dimensions, and between two portals in the same dimension.
- Fixed trains stopping at the portal with "A carriage has reached the end of its track".
- Fixed the track through the portal being wider than the portal (e.g. 3 blocks of track for a 2-block portal).
- Fixed stations losing their connection to the rail network after a train went through a portal.
- Works with Create: Steam 'n' Rails (including other track gauges) and Create: Blocks & Bogies.
- Create support is optional, and the mod works the same without Create. It is included in the versions where Create exists (Forge 1.20.1, NeoForge 1.21.1).
Portal Water Bucket
- Portal water no longer creates new source blocks, so infinite portal water is gone.
- Each bucket holds 1–8 Portal Powder. Craft an iron bucket with powder, or top up a bucket that isn't full.
- Each powder pours one block of portal water. Leftover powder stays in the bucket, and an empty bucket turns back into an iron bucket.
- The powder amount is shown on the item bar and in the tooltip.
- You can scoop portal water back up. An empty bucket takes a source block as a bucket with 1 powder, and a bucket that isn't full gains 1 powder per source block. A full bucket, or sneaking, pours instead.
- Pouring onto an existing pool fills its gaps and only uses powder for the blocks actually placed. If there is no free spot, nothing is used.
Visuals
- New 16×16 textures for every item.
- When a Universal Key becomes an Activation Key, it now plays a transition animation instead of just swapping items.
Other changes
- Multiportal (hub mode) is now enabled by default.
- JEI now shows every recipe, including bucket filling and Pocket Portal charging and repair, plus an info page for the Portal Water Bucket.
