💀 Universal Hardcore

Universal Hardcore is a lightweight Fabric mod designed to turn Minecraft into the ultimate high-stakes survival challenge. The moment ANY player dies on the server or singleplayer world, the current world is permanently wiped, and everyone is placed into a brand-new, freshly generated world.

• ☠️ Instant World Wipe: The moment a player dies, the world directory (region, playerdata, stats, and advancements) is wiped clean.
• 🌐 Universal Consequences: Built specifically for SMPs and multiplayer survival challenges—everyone shares the responsibility to stay alive.
• ⚙️ Seamless Re-generation: Safely handles file locks to ensure worlds reset cleanly without crashing or getting stuck on save screens.
• 🧩 Vanilla Friendly: Designed to run purely on the server/host side—no client-side mod installation required for server players.

🎮 How It Works

1. A player takes fatal damage and dies.

2. The mod triggers a server-wide broadcast announcing the death.

3. Players are safely disconnected while the server frees file locks.

4. The old world files are completely deleted.

5. On rejoin, a fresh world with a brand-new seed is waiting for you!

🔧 Requirements & Compatibility

• Loader: Fabric
• Required Mod: Fabric API
• Target Version: Minecraft 26.2 (Java 25+) For now...
• Environment: Works in both Singleplayer and Dedicated Servers.
• Server: You can just install this on a server and works for all.

🚨 Warning

DISCLAIMER: This mod PERMANENTLY DELETES world save folders upon player death. Do not install this mod on a world or server where you care about keeping your builds, items, or progress!
